Payment Information

Terms & Conditions
Updated Contact Information – Both parties must promptly notify each other of any changes to contact details or relevant information.
Evergreen Membership & Cancellation – This agreement is valid from the date of signing and will auto-renew unless canceled. Either party may cancel at any time with written notice.
Billing Upon Cancellation – If cancellation occurs after work has been performed that month or on/after the 15th of the month, billing will continue through the end of the month. Otherwise, the final bill will cover the most recent full month of service.
Intellectual Property – All materials, tools, equipment, and resources provided by the Company remain its intellectual property.
Priority Scheduling – Guaranteed service within 48 hours applies to business days only (Monday–Friday).
Sealed System Repairs (Refrigerant-Related Jobs) – This agreement covers up to $500 of the total invoice. Any additional costs will be the Member's responsibility.
Appliance Replacement Guidelines
Cost Limitations – Repairs and replacements will be covered up to the cost of the appliance model or an equivalent one. If the cost exceeds this amount, the Member must either purchase a new appliance or remove it from the agreement.
Part Availability – If a part is backordered for more than three months or discontinued, the Company will attempt to source used or aftermarket parts. If unavailable, the Member must decide whether to wait for the part or replace the appliance. As long as the repair cost limit hasn’t been reached, waiting for the part is at the Member’s discretion.
Decision Timeline – In a replacement scenario, the Member must notify the Company within one week whether they will replace or keep the appliance.
Service Limitations & Exclusions
Installation & Removal – Not applicable for high-end, boutique, or industrial appliances (e.g., Subzero, Thermador, Southbend, True).
Covered Appliances – Service includes Refrigerators, Freezers, Dishwashers, Ranges, Ovens, Cooktops, Hood Vents, Downdrafts, Washers, Dryers, Laundry Centers, and Microwaves.
All Brands Covered – The Company services all major appliance brands.
Exclusions – This agreement does not cover commercial-grade appliances or breakdowns caused by misuse, neglect, or damage from children, pets, or pests.
